حديث الأسبوع: قال الرسول (صلى) :" الدال على الخير كفاعله" الجامع الصغير

Those who invite othersto do good deeds are rewarded from Allah on their work. A good moral society can not be made if only a few practice good while others continue to do evil. We should always invite others to do good deeds.

Students and the five obligatory prayers:

This week students are reviewing the dua'a that is said after each obligatory prayer, the way our beloved Prophet Muhammed pbuh has taught us (Muslim 1/414)

استغفر الله (ثلاث مرات) . اللهم أنت السلام و منك السلام تباركت يا ذا الجلال و الإكرام

" I ask Allah for forgiveness" three times
"O Allah, You are As-Salaam and from you is all peace, blessed are You, O Possessor of majesty and honor"

In the Classroom
Measurement What do we measure? Why do we measure ? What tools do we use to measure with? These are just of the few things that will be dicussed in this this theme. The children will learn how to measure both solids and liquids using scales, rulers, measuring tapes and measuring cups. Please have your child bring in something to share with the class.
