حديث الأسبوع: قال الرسول (صلى) :" السلام قبل الكلام" الترمذي

Whenever we see Muslims we should greet them with As Salam Alaikom. If we wish to speak to someone we should do so after greeting them. We should try to be the first to say As Salam Alaikom.

Farms

What can we find at the farm?  What role does a farmer play at the farm?  What are the differences between pets and farm animals?  Don't forget about our field trip to the farm on Thursday.  This truly be a hands on learning experience. Have your child bring in something to share with the class.

Animal Language
Words & Music by Duncan Wells (click to listen to song)

Yellow duck, yellow duck why do you quack?
All I want to know is what you're talking about.
This animal language I can't figure out.
Quack, quack, quack, means How do you do?
Quack, quack, Wonderful! How about you?
Quack is the only thing a duck can say.

Moo cow, moo cow why do you moo?
All I want to know is what you're talking about.
This animal language I can't figure out.
Moo, moo, moo, moo, Would you like to play?
And just one moo means, Have a nice day!
Moo is the only thing a cow can say.
Quack is the only thing a duck can say.

Woolly sheep, woolly sheep why do you baa?
All I want to know is what you're talking about.
This animal language I can't figure out.
Baa, baa, baa means How do you do?
Baa, baa, Wonderful! How about you?
Baa is the only thing a sheep can say.
Moo is the only thing a cow can say.
Quack is the only thing a duck can say.
